Graphic design wasn’t always the career path I had in mind for my life.

Originally hailing from the halls of academia, I initially started on a path in psychology at the University of Guelph. Little did I know, my true passion was waiting to be discovered in the world of design. Design has been woven into the fabric of my being since childhood, when I found myself captivated by the interplay of colors, shapes, and ideas.

Reflecting on my journey, one pivotal moment stands out pretty vividly - in fourth grade, I was convinced I could create a magazine. Armed with youthful enthusiasm and a penchant for creativity, I penned articles on topics close to my heart, meticulously crafted logos, and even orchestrated impromptu "photoshoots" in the comfort of my living room with a few friends. Although my tools were humble—limited to PowerPoint and a fledgling camera—my passion for creating, designing, and dreaming was unmistakable.

Design wasn't confined to the pages of my magazine; it seeped into every aspect of my life. From redesigning spaces in our family home to infusing choreography with an innate sense of movement and space, creativity was my constant companion.

Beyond design, my life is enriched by a love for feline companionship, as evidenced by the two purring muses (menaces) that grace my home. As an Art Director at Central Station Toronto, I have the privilege of channeling my passion into tangible expressions of artistry, collaborating with talented minds to bring visions to life.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the design world, I also find solace in the simple pleasures of wellness practices and the immersive escape of a good book. These pursuits ground me, providing balance and inspiration in equal measure.
